Hayden brings over 10 years of coaching experience, currently serving as a VC Representative Coach with the Dandenong Rangers. He has coached across all levels, from junior domestic through to Big V, and led teams in prestigious tournaments such as the National Junior Classic.
Known for his fun, energetic and sociable approach, Hayden thrives on creating a positive environment where every athlete is pushed to reach their full potential, a driving force behind The Hustle Hub’s mission to grow the next generation of basketball talent.
Logan began his basketball journey at six. He progressed through the Dandenong Rangers representative program, played Under-16s with the Pakenham Warriors, was a Big V Development Player by 15, and later competed in Youth League and VC Under-21s with Sherbrooke, helping lead their first-ever team in that division.
A multiple-time MVP, Logan has also coached at elite levels, including as Assistant Coach for the Dandenong Rangers 12-1s at the National Junior Classics. His leadership and passion inspire Hustle Hub athletes to grow in skill and confidence on and off the court.
A former representative player for the Dandenong Rangers and Melbourne Tigers at Victorian Championship level, and ex Big V player for Melbourne Tigers, Altona Gators and Latrobe Energy (Gippsland United). Marlee has played overseas against NCAA Division 1 college teams and in the FIBA 3x3 Oceania University Finals.
Her coaching experience spans representative level at Cranbourne Cavaliers and Dandenong Rangers, Universal Athlete Centre, Caulfield Grammar School, and currently Lead Coach of Middle School Girls at Carey Baptist Grammar School. Marlee develops youth athletes through fundamentals, skills, IQ and confidence.
Will has over 15 years of playing experience and eight years of coaching. He began representative basketball at 15, reached Big V by 17, and has competed across multiple elite youth leagues.
A Defensive Player of the Year winner and multiple-time junior MVP, Will still competes at a high level with the Gippsland Championship Men’s team, and is the founder of a successful basketball skill development program.
Matt brings extensive experience across the full basketball pathway, from grassroots and domestic levels through to VC, Big V, and U.S. Junior Varsity & Varsity programs. He’s known for building strong technical foundations, high basketball IQ and elite habits.
His coaching blends skill development, tactical understanding, strength & conditioning and mental performance, ensuring players are not just talented, but prepared to succeed at representative and semi-professional levels.
Craig played junior basketball with Dandenong, Hampton Park and Waverley before moving into senior basketball with Waverley Youth and Pakenham. He has played MMBL with Pakenham, competed from Division 3 through to Division 1, and has been part of Pakenham since the start of their Big V journey.
He also coaches, having led junior representative teams at Pakenham Warriors as well as domestic basketball clubs. With experience across junior, representative and senior basketball, Craig brings a strong understanding of player development at every level.
Noel’s basketball journey started in junior representative basketball before progressing through Youth League and Big V. He also played JUCO basketball in the United States, at Bend Community College.
Noel is a fully qualified personal trainer who works closely with young people in youth support and as a multicultural liaison within the community. He focuses on building confidence and helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.
